Job Description
An opportunity has arisen to join the Hub Team as a Payroll Coordinator based at PM11. The role will be responsible for supporting the processing of monthly payrolls for all staff across 5 payroll and 2600 monthly paid employees, supporting the administration of the payroll process with external agents and producing management information & performance indicators to enable effective management decision making.
Responsibilities
- Administer day to day processing of the Company payroll related to existing employees, new starters & leavers including maintaining thorough & efficient record keeping.
- Accurately calculate payments & deduction relating to overtime & sickness, including but not limited to SSP, SMP and SPP etc.
- Working knowledge of RTI submission & auto enrolment legislation.
- Ensure payroll is completed & checked within deadlines.
- Liase with People Team & Finance to ensure payroll is managed effectively.
- Act as point of contact for queries.
- Prepare routine & ad hoc reporting.
Skills & Experience
- Excellent organisational & analytical skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing & orally.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good numeracy skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
- SAP & Workday experience (desirable).
- Self motivated & can work independently.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
