Contract: 12-hour continental shift pattern: 2 x Day Shifts (6:00am – 6:00pm), 2 x Night Shifts (6:00pm – 6:00am) followed by 6 days off.

We're looking for a Level 2 Operator to join our production team, playing a key role in the safe and efficient operation of our paper manufacturing process. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with manufacturing or process industry experience who enjoys problem-solving, continuous improvement, and working as part of a high-performing team.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Operating the paper machine process to maximise efficiency and performance
- Monitoring plant performance and responding appropriately to alarms
- Supporting safe start-ups, shutdowns, and maintenance activities
- Carrying out quality inspections and reporting any specification issues
- Completing preventative maintenance routines and plant inspections
- Maintaining exceptional housekeeping standards
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
- Promoting and maintaining high health and safety standards
- Completing H&S audits and reporting findings
