Saica is seeking a Quality Manager at the Buxton site to lead the quality agenda, deploy the quality strategy, and ensure delivery of best-in-class product quality. You will lead a small Quality team, partner with Operations and CI to raise standards, and drive a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.
Role is full-time, on-site, with a strong benefits package. You will manage external standards (BRC, ISO 9001/14001) and internal audits, delivering robust QA metrics and customer.
