- Quality Operator (Enniskillen)
Responsibilities
- Provide front line support to ensure adherence to internal and customer procedures, standards and requirements in all aspects of our processes.
- Perform sampling and testing of products to certify product quality and adherence to specifications in line with the quality road map.
- Record, complete and collect information required for correlation of reports and control factors.
- Control production records ensuring accuracy with works dockets.
- Identification and storage of print first-off samples.
- Manage changing priorities under deadline pressure.
- Review deliverables for quality and adherence to customer expectations.
- Raise any non-conformances identified and investigate root cause and corrective action.
- Provide feedback on quality concerns, develop solutions and drive continuous improvement activities to improve current quality levels.
Essential Criteria
- Good verbal and written understanding of English.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work shifts.
Desirable Criteria
- Previous quality experience.
- Previous experience in a production environment.
Compensation and Schedule
Rate of pay: £13.25 per hour plus 20% shift allowance for all hours worked.
This rate will increase in July 2026.
Working 7 shifts in every 14 days.
Shift pattern is two weeks of day shift followed by two weeks of night shift.
