The Role
As a QA Test Analyst at Sai Subha Tech, you will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with development and product teams to understand requirements and design comprehensive test strategies.
- Designing, developing, and executing detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for both manual and automated testing.
- Performing various types of testing, including functional, non-functional (e.g., performance, security, usability), regression, and API testing.
- Identifying, documenting, and tracking software defects using bug tracking tools, and working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
- Conducting exploratory testing to uncover hard-to-find issues.
- Setting up and maintaining appropriate test environments and test data.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies, including integration into CI/CD pipelines.
- Communicating test results, progress, and risks clearly to stakeholders.
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices for software quality.

What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone with:
- Proven experience as a QA Test Analyst, Software Tester, or in a similar quality assurance role.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field. Relevant certifications such as ISTQB Foundation Level or Advanced Level are highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience with creating and executing comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Proficiency with test management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail).
- Bug tracking tools.
- Automation testing frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium.
- API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI).
- Basic knowledge of a programming/scripting language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, C#) for automation purposes.
- Familiarity with testing within cloud environments (AWS or Azure) is a plus, given our focus on cloud-based solutions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.
