About the Role
We're looking for a skilled, passionate Sushi Chef to join our busy kitchen in Sunningdale. You'll craft authentic, high-quality sushi and Japanese dishes with precision and pride, delighting guests with every bite in a lively, fast-paced setting.
What You'll Do
- Prepare, assemble and present a range of sushi and Japanese dishes to a consistently high standard
- Keep your station clean and organised, following all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Source fresh ingredients daily and ensure quality in every roll and sashimi slice
- Manage stock levels, minimise waste, and assist with ordering supplies
- Work as part of a team to deliver efficient service during busy hours
- Help develop new sushi recipes and menu items
- Adhere to all health, safety and sanitation regulations
