We have a very unique opportunity for a Pharmacist Manager to join the highest-rated and most-reviewed pharmacy in the city—the first and only fully automated pharmacy in the region. We are looking for a progressive, efficient, and results‑driven Pharmacist who can lead and manage a team while actively growing the pharmacy. We are offering an exceptional package.

- A qualified Pharmacist with leadership experience

- Candidates must be open to attending a paid shift at the pharmacy to observe operations and ensure a mutual fit
- Clinical Services & Patient Care: Accurately dispense medications, advise patients, monitor treatments, maintain records, collaborate on care plans, ensure safe pharmaceutical handling, and stay updated on clinical advancements.
- NHS & Private Services: Deliver NHS services (Pharmacy First, BP checks, vaccinations) and grow private clinics (travel health, weight management) with proper documentation and compliance.
- Service Growth & Engagement: Train staff to drive service uptake, engage patients directly, build community trust, lead outreach campaigns, and embed a pharmacy‑first culture.
- Dispensing & Accuracy: Clinically assess prescriptions, perform final checks, counsel patients, and maintain compliant records.
- Operational & Stock Management: Manage cold chain, expiry control, recalls, equipment, and cost‑efficient stock.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Conduct risk assessments, maintain SOPs, and oversee infection control, fire safety, COSHH, and incident reporting.
- Clinical Governance & Legal Compliance: Uphold GPhC standards, manage controlled drugs, ensure GDPR, and support audits.
- Team Leadership & Development: Supervise workflow, develop staff, conduct reviews, and foster a service‑driven team culture.
