This employed Junior Financial Advisor job provides the opportunity to work alongside the Head of Financial Planning, with involvement in client activities aimed at becoming a Financial Advisor. Our client is a fast-paced growing consortium of professional services, with specialist divisions across financial planning, tax advisory, accountancy, law, and business consultancy. The group regularly deals with private clients and businesses.
You will be supporting the Head of Financial Planning, assisting clients throughout the full client journey, building your knowledge and confidence through involvement. While in your learning stage, you should also support the business in proactively generating new business and client opportunities. Our client regularly hosts webinars and seminars and frequently attends networking and professional events, all providing potential opportunities to generate enquiries.
Furthermore, you will be working within a group company of 90 in-house Advisors who specialise in their respective professional services, encouraging cross referrals. Any clients you generate would become part of the future client bank you would be responsible for once ready to provide advice in your own name.
Junior Financial Advisor Requirements
- You should hold a full Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent.
- You should have experience within the financial planning industry, such as a Trainee Financial Advisor, Paraplanner, or Client Executive.
- You should be proactive and confident in generating new business and able to convert enquiries into clients.

Financial Advisor Benefits
