Interim Head of HR

We are looking for an experienced Interim Head of HR to join Sahasraa Solutions, a leading national financial advisory firm with over 450 staff. The role is available on a 12‑14 month contract, ideally starting in January 2026, and reports directly to the CEO.

You will lead a team of 4‑5 HR staff, drive the 2026 strategy, and ensure the planned projects are delivered. Your responsibilities include:

• Maintaining a steady HR operation and delivering on the strategy and projects.
• Leading a range of HR initiatives and participating in steering committees across the group.
• Developing best practice for people management covering reward, recruitment, talent management, and ongoing communications.
• Supporting the People team to build strong relationships and to increase manager capability on people‑related issues.

The successful candidate will meet the following requirements:

• Must undergo criminal record and credit checks and satisfy FCA ‘fit and properness\’ standards.
• Excellent knowledge of HR processes and UK employment law.
• Previous generalist HR experience within the financial services sector.
• Pragmatic and appreciative, approachable individuals with a firm but fair leadership style.
• Experience managing an HR team.

• Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 plus up to 15 % bonus based on agreed metrics.
