This job provides the opportunity to join a growing, specialist Equity Release firm. You will be covering the Essex, Hertfordshire, North London and Central London areas, with a focus on maintaining and strengthening existing introducer relationships. The introducers typically include IFAs, Mortgage Brokers, Accountants and Solicitors, who choose to refer their equity release/lifetime mortgage clients to this business.
You will be representing a whole of market, independent and award-winning equity release firm, able to provide advice to clients across the UK. Alongside maintaining the relationships, it would be beneficial for you to seek out new partnerships to continually add new inflows.
Equity Release BDM Requirements- You should have some equity release product knowledge.
- Ideally, you should hold your equity release qualification.
- You should have experience of B2B relationships.
- Individuals with a network of suitable contacts would be advantageous.
- You must be happy to travel to their office once a week and appropriately located to cover your patch.
- Salary of £30,000 plus £5,000 car allowance.
- OTE of £50,000+.
