This Client Services Executive job in Bromsgrove provides opportunity to join a well established IFA firm and focus on providing excellent client liaison and relationship management support

You will be assisting their Financial Advisors with administrative and technical support, ensuring clients receive the right outcomes and great service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Client liaison – acting as the first point of contact for client queries
  • Relationship management – working closely with the Financial Advisors to identify upcoming and outstanding tasks and see them through to completion, keeping the client and IFA informed throughout
  • Liaising with providers – chasing outstanding client requests
  • Administration support – provide technical and administrative support, such as preparing client documents, liaising with the Paraplanners and submitting new business cases
  • Maintaining accurate client data – keeping the systems up to date at all times

Our client are big advocates for internal development and progression and will support you with access to training and ways to develop, including paying for your professional qualifications.

Client Services Executive Requirements

  • You should have experience within a similar financial services support role with good knowledge of platforms
  • You should have experience with some platforms and financial products such as pensions, investments and pensions
  • You should be comfortable using Microsoft Office and industry related software
  • You should have GCSEs in English and Maths at grade C / 5 or above

  • Salary of Β£32,000 – Β£36,000
  • 3 days office based in Bromsgrove and 2 days from home
  • Varied working times available of 8am – 4pm, 9am – 5pm or 10am – 6pm to suit your schedule
