As Sahara continues to expand its creative output, the business is seeking a Shoot and Ecommerce Assistant to work closely with both the Creative Shoot Producer and Stylist and Ecommerce team. This role plays a key part in the planning, coordination, and execution of both campaign and e-commerce shoots, supporting the delivery of high-quality imagery that reflects Sahara’s distinctive brand identity, as well as supporting administrative Ecommerce activities. Sahara is a design-led British fashion brand where visual storytelling is central to brand and commercial success. With weekly shoots forming a core part of the business, this role is integral to ensuring product, samples, and logistics are managed seamlessly.

The Shoot and Ecommerce Assistant supports both the Creative and Ecommerce teams, ensuring smooth delivery of photoshoots and online operations. Tuesday to Thursday, the role focuses on supporting the Creative Shoot Producer and Stylist across all stages of the shoot process, including sample coordination, shoot preparation, on-set assistance, and post-shoot organisation. This includes managing high volumes of stock, ensuring accurate tracking, movement, and returns. On Mondays and Fridays, the role supports the Ecommerce team with administrative tasks such as processing refunds, uploading product measurements, and maintaining accurate product information on the website. Working cross-functionally with Creative, Warehousing, Merchandising, Design, Buying, and Production teams, this is a fast-paced, hands-on role requiring strong organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call in product and organise the weekly transport of samples to shoot studios or locations
  • Oversee and support all garment model and still life shoots
  • Coordinate and maintain accurate sample tracking, shot lists, and shoot schedules
  • Liaise with studios and external partners to ensure shoot requirements are met
  • Oversee the quality of styling during shoots, flagging issues and ensuring brand standards are upheld
  • Research, contribute creative ideas, and proactively obtain briefs for key events aligned to the Marketing Calendar
  • Manage the procurement and organisation of all samples during pre-planning for creative and social media campaigns
  • Work closely with Design, Buying and Production teams to ensure samples are ready and delivered on time for campaigns
  • Work closely with Warehousing and Merchandising teams to manage stock movement, returns, packing and logistics before and after shoots
  • Maintain accurate stock tracking across large spreadsheets, managing product across own-brand, bought-in brands, accessories and footwear
  • Support the creation and artworking of visual assets post-shoots, in partnership with the Marketing and E-Commerce teams
  • Assist with general on-set tasks, including steaming, rail management, dressing, packing and sample handling

Ecommerce

  • Add measurements and care instructions to all product on our website
  • Support with timely processing of refunds
  • Manage all ‘return to sender’
  • Ad hoc Ecommerce administrative support

About the Candidate

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial and/or editorial fashion styling (required)
  • Experience in retail stock management, including handling large spreadsheets and managing product across multiple categories
  • Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
  • Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (preferred)
  • A strong interest in Brand Marketing and E-Commerce
  • A natural flair for fashion and design, with a strong appreciation of style and detail
  • Creative and confident contributing ideas, while understanding the operational demands of a fast-paced shoot environment
  • Highly organised with acute attention to detail
  • Able to work to tight deadlines without compromising quality
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and solution-focused in approach
  • Comfortable with manual handling as part of a hands-on role
