As Sahara continues to grow, the business is expanding its creative team and is seeking an additional Graphic Designer to support the increasing volume and ambition of brand activity. This role will work alongside the existing Graphic Designer, strengthening the design function as the brand evolves. Sahara is a design-led British fashion brand with a distinctive visual identity. Creativity underpins every aspect of the brand, from product and print to campaigns, retail, and digital storytelling. As the brand grows, maintaining consistency while continuing to evolve creatively is key.
The Graphic Designer will play a central role in delivering high-quality visual assets across digital, print, and retail touchpoints. Working closely with the Creative, Marketing, and wider teams, the role supports seasonal campaigns, ongoing brand communications, and day-to-day creative output. This is a collaborative position within a growing team, requiring strong organisational skills, creative confidence, and a clear understanding of brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver creative assets across digital, print, and retail, including campaigns, lookbooks, social media, email, ecommerce assets and packaging.
- Work collaboratively with the existing Graphic Designer to manage workload and maintain brand consistency.
- Interpret and apply Sahara’s brand identity across all visual communications.
- Prepare artwork accurately for print and production.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Contribute ideas to creative development and ongoing brand evolution.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or a design-led brand.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating layout, typography, and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Must be confident in video editing, using Premiere Pro or similar video editing software, to support the Creative team in producing strong video assets across social media and digital advertising platforms.
- Strong storytelling sensibility and understand the importance of communicating Brand identity through visual assets.
- Must have an exceptional eye for detail in areas including, but not limited to, colour matching, video editing, image framing, cropping and typography.
- Strong attention to detail with a considered approach to design.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Organised, adaptable, and commercially aware.
