Salvation Army Homes is seeking a Deputy Manager to support survivors of domestic abuse in our Refuge service. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will shape the service to deliver positive, people‑focused support.
You will line manage support workers, drive service development, ensure compliance, and work with partners to improve outcomes. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am–5pm with occasional evenings and weekends; travel to training and events may be required; closing date 18 September
