The Role
We're looking for an exceptional Senior Executive Assistant to provide high-level executive support to our Chief Executive Officer and Executive Management Team.
This is a pivotal role at the heart of the organisation, ensuring the smooth running of executive operations while coordinating key projects, meetings and stakeholder engagement.
You'll be a trusted partner to the CEO, managing competing priorities with discretion, professionalism and excellent organisational skills.
Working closely with senior leaders, Board members and external stakeholders, you'll help ensure our leadership team can focus on delivering our strategic priorities and making a positive difference to the people we serve.
- What you'll be doing
- Manage the CEO's complex diary, priorities, travel and executive administration.
- Support Board and Committee administration, working closely with the Company Secretary.
- Coordinate conferences, strategy events and senior stakeholder visits.
- Build effective relationships with Board members, The Salvation Army and external partners.
- Provide project support across strategic and cross-organisational initiatives.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute professionalism.
- What you'll bring
- Significant experience providing executive support at senior leadership or Executive Team level.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Outstanding attention to detail, discretion and sound judgement.
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point and Share Point.
- A proactive, adaptable and collaborative approach, with a commitment to our values and mission.
- Experience within housing or the charitable sector would be advantageous.
- Working Arrangements
This is a hybrid role with regular attendance at our London office with monthly travel to regional offices and events across England.
Flexibility is required, including occasional evening or weekend meetings.
