As our Executive Director of Operations, you will provide strategic leadership across:

  • Supported Housing
  • General Needs Housing
  • Customer Services
  • Asset Management
  • Compliance
  • Safeguarding

You will ensure safe, compliant and high-quality services, bringing experience of successfully leading these functions in the housing sector or related environment. A strong understanding of regulatory requirements, governance, legislation and health & safety compliance is essential. We’re looking for a values-led, credible leader who:
