As a Patient Booking Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating outpatient appointments and supporting the smooth delivery of our clinics. You will manage patient bookings, backfill cancellations, and maintain accurate pathway records using Trust systems. This role is essential to maximising capacity and reducing waiting times.
