The role at a glance This is a high-ownership, three-pronged role.
You will be the operational hub of the clinic - connecting patients, practitioners, clinical standards and commercial performance through the booking system and excellent day-to-day co-ordination. 1 Patient co-ordinator: Own the patient journey from first enquiry and booking through to treatment, follow-up and retention. 2 Clinic operations lead: Manage the day-to-day clinic, practitioner rota, booking capacity, stock availability and compliance support. 3 Sales
