This is a full-time, on-site role for a FIFA Licensed Football Agent based in London. As a Football Agent, responsibilities include:
- Representing and managing football players
- Negotiating contracts
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clubs, sponsors, and stakeholders
- Identifying new talent
- Providing career guidance to clients
- Ensuring professional and personal development opportunities for the players they represent
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Football and a comprehensive understanding of the sports industry dynamics
- Experience in Sports Management and Team Leadership, with the ability to coordinate and support players' development
- Strong skills in Sales and cultivating sponsorship opportunities
- Excellent Customer Service and relationship management capabilities
- Outstanding negotiation and communication skills
