At Sagic, our purpose is simple: as well as providing insurance services to the Salvation Army, we also exist to provide fair, accessible insurance to people who have often been overlooked or underserved by the market. We believe insurance should be inclusive, transparent, and built around real customer needs.

The Role

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Marketing Executive. You will play a key role in delivering day-to-day marketing and communication activity across the business, ensuring that our messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with our values. Your work will directly influence how we present ourselves to brokers and customers, the visibility of our products, and the overall effectiveness of our marketing activity. Sagic is entering a significant phase of expansion, with a clear ambition to double the size of our business over the next few years. This role will be central to that journey by supporting the delivery of marketing activity, improving communication across channels, and helping to build the capability needed to support that growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver day-to-day marketing activity, including content creation, social media management, and website updates
  • Produce written communications for brokers and customers, including product updates, articles, and engagement materials
  • Coordinate with external partners, including SEO and digital agencies, to support ongoing marketing activity
  • Monitor customer reviews across platforms such as Trustpilot and Google, responding where appropriate and maintaining a positive brand presence
  • Manage customer feedback, including claims-related communications, ensuring consistency and clarity
  • Maintain and update marketing content across systems, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand and regulatory standards
  • Support the delivery of marketing campaigns and initiatives, tracking activity and timelines where required
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support events, broker engagement, product promotion, and business development activity

About You

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a marketing, communications, or similar role
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and engaging content
  • Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • An understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media and website content
