We believe insurance should be inclusive, transparent, and built around real customer needs.

The Role

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Marketing Executive. You will play a key role in delivering day-to-day marketing and communication activity across the business, ensuring that our messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with our values. Your work will directly influence how we present ourselves to brokers and customers, the visibility of our products, and the overall effectiveness of our marketing activity. • Monitor customer reviews across platforms such as Trustpilot and Google, responding where appropriate and maintaining a positive brand presence
  • Manage customer feedback, including claims-related communications, ensuring consistency and clarity
  • Maintain and update marketing content across systems, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand and regulatory standards
  • Support the delivery of marketing campaigns and initiatives, tracking activity and timelines where required
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support events, broker engagement, product promotion, and business development activity

About You

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a marketing, communications, or similar role
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and engaging content
  • Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • An understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media and website content

  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach
  • A willingness to learn and develop within a broad marketing role in a growing business
