We are looking for a professional and client-oriented Consultant (Immigration & Business Advisory) to support client consultation, needs analysis, proposal preparation, case coordination, and business development for immigration, business advisory, family office, and corporate landing services. This role is suitable for someone with prior experience in immigration advisory, investment migration, private banking, wealth management, financial services, corporate services, business consulting, or client relationship management. The successful candidate should be able to understand client profiles, communicate professionally, coordinate documentation, follow up with stakeholders, and support clients throughout the advisory and application process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle client enquiries and conduct initial consultations to understand client background, family needs, business profile, investment plans, relocation objectives, and long-term planning goals.
  • Explain relevant service options and advisory pathways in a clear, professional, and compliant manner.
  • Support the preparation of client proposals, service plans, presentation materials, and follow-up documents.
  • Assist in assessing client information and coordinating required documents according to internal procedures.
  • Work closely with internal teams, external partners, professional service providers, and relevant stakeholders to support case progress.
  • Follow up with clients on missing documents, pending information, timelines, and next steps.
  • Maintain accurate client records, case notes, document checklists, communication records, and internal tracking updates.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, referral partners, business contacts, and potential cooperation channels.
  • Support business development activities, including client outreach, seminars, networking events, referral follow-up, and market development initiatives.
  • Stay updated on relevant market trends, immigration-related developments, business advisory topics, and client needs.
  • Ensure all client communication and case follow-up are handled professionally, confidentially, and in accordance with company policies.
  • Perform other advisory, client servicing, documentation, and administrative support duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in immigration advisory, investment migration, private banking, wealth management, financial services, insurance, corporate services, business consulting, client advisory, or related fields.
  • Prior experience serving high-net-worth individuals, business owners, investors, entrepreneurs, or professional clients is preferred.
  • Strong client consultation, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Able to understand client profiles and recommend suitable service directions based on business needs, family planning needs, and long-term objectives.
  • Good commercial awareness and ability to identify client needs, follow up on opportunities, and support business conversion.
  • Strong attention to detail, especially when handling personal information, financial documents, corporate documents, application materials, and client records.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Professional proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and handle relevant documents or correspondence when needed.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Lark/Feishu, CRM systems, or similar business tools.
  • Responsible, discreet, organised, and able to manage sensitive client information with confidentiality.
  • Able to work independently while coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

Good to Have

  • Background in banking, private banking, wealth management, investment, insurance, family office, corporate services, or international business advisory.
  • Existing network of business owners, investors, professional clients, referral partners, or corporate contacts.
  • Experience with Singapore immigration-related services such as business relocation, employment pass-related advisory, investment migration, family office setup, or corporate landing services.
  • Experience in client seminars, business development, partnership development, or referral channel management.
  • Ability to prepare client-facing presentations, advisory proposals, and structured follow-up materials.
