We are looking for an experienced Regulatory and Scientific Affairs Senior Manager to take a leading role in delivering high impact regulatory projects for global food and beverage clients. This is an opportunity to combine deep regulatory expertise with project leadership and people management, while helping to shape the future direction of our regulatory services. You will work closely with internal experts and clients, taking ownership of complex programmes and supporting the development of a high performing regulatory team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver regulatory projects across the food and beverage sector, ensuring high technical quality and timely delivery.
- Provide clear, pragmatic regulatory advice and interpretation of food legislation across multiple markets.
- Plan and manage projects, including resourcing, timelines and budgets.
- Lead, mentor and line manage members of the regulatory team, supporting their development and performance.
- Build strong working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to regulatory publications, service development and thought leadership.
- Monitor and interpret regulatory developments and emerging issues relevant to the food and beverage industry.
Projects may span multiple geographies, product categories and regulatory frameworks, requiring sound judgement and a solutions focused approach.

- Extensive regulatory experience within the food and beverage industry, typically gained over around 10 years.
- Strong knowledge of food legislation and regulatory frameworks.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills.
- The ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively within a collaborative team.
