To continue its growth, Sagemcom broadband is looking for a Sales Director who will be responsible for sales development for audio solutions and broadband products across the UK market.
About the Role
The Sales Director will manage and develop the strategic relationship with a major Service Provider in the UK, overseeing pre-sales and post-sales activities, and participating in engineering and marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the strategic relationship with a major Service Provider in the UK.
- Oversee pre-sales activities including the preparation for RFPs, networking the account, positioning Sagemcom for new and future opportunities.
- Post sales activities including maximization of the sales, relationship with supply chain and reverse logistics teams.
- Participation in engineering and marketing initiatives on the running products.
- Establish sales forecasts, revenue, and delivery quantities for all customers.
- Create a network with various stakeholders (decision-makers, prescribers, and users).
- Develop offers to meet customer needs by coordinating with Head office (product managers, industrials, legal, financial, etc.).
- Implement the commercial strategy based on the orientations and roadmaps defined by the Business Unit.
- Ensure the conformity of commercial offers with customer needs and the Department's offer.
- Participate in the development of the commercial strategy for the assigned area and ensure its implementation.
- Provide regular reporting on the progress of offers and business to the hierarchical manager.
- Validate contracts terms with Sagemcom Head Office Executives.
- Interface with local and cross-functional sales teams.
Reports to the UK Managing Director.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of previous account management experience in telecom with some knowledge of the targeted account.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical skill.
- Must be self-motivated and focused on continuous improvement.
