Job Title: Project Manager – Pega Insurance Implementation

We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Project Manager to lead the delivery and

implementation of the Pega Underwriting for our client in the UK.

• You will be responsible for executing the end-to-end implementation of a unified underwriting workbench using Pega technology, replacing or consolidating legacy applications.
• You will manage the day-to-day activities with our Systems Integrator, coordinate closely with third-party software vendors (Pega), and manage internal business stakeholders. The ultimate goal is to streamline workflows, eliminate manual touchpoints, leverage predictive analytics, and equip our underwriters with a state-of-the-art platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Own and drive the end-to-end delivery of the Pega Underwriting system implementation from inception through to business-as-usual (BAU) transition, ensuring the project remains on schedule, within budget, and aligned with scope.
• Governance & Frameworks: Maintain robust project governance by adhering to our customers standards and preparing reporting metrics for senior leadership and steering committees.

Must Have Experience:

• Experience in delivering Pega in the insurance vertical
• 5 + years of Project Management
• Experience in delivering complex projects in large enterprises
