Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales Enablement, the Senior Manager, Sales Enablement will lead multiple enablement functions and act as a trusted advisor to regional commercial leadership. You will build strong relationships across the business, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and deliver programs that elevate capability, improve outcomes, and drive revenue growth. This is a highly visible role where youβll inspire a team of Enablement Program Managers, spearhead impactful initiatives, and ensure our teams are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and tools needed to win.
