Shape the future of global payroll operations. We’re looking for a Global Payroll Operations Manager to lead a team of payroll analysts and oversee end-to-end payroll processes across multiple countries. In this role, you’ll provide leadership, ensure compliance, and contribute to global payroll initiatives—including automation, risk management, and process improvement. This role will work in the office 3 days a week and 2 from home.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and manage payroll operations for multiple countries using ADP GlobalView
- Provide day-to-day guidance to a team of Global Payroll Analysts
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring governance and compliance
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to streamline and improve central processes
- Maintain up-to-date payroll documentation in Confluence and enforce governance models
- Contribute to global payroll initiatives including automation, internal controls, and data retention
- Manage vendor relationships, including ADP MyView portal administration, ticketing, and user access audits
- Oversee payroll-related purchase orders and invoicing
- Support business continuity planning for the payroll function
- Act as a proxy for the Global Payroll Transformation Manager and other Payroll Managers when needed
What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years of multi-country payroll experience
- Experience using ADP (GlobalView preferred) and/or SAP Payroll
- Strong knowledge of payroll governance, compliance, and best practices
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with data tools such as Excel, Power BI, and automation platforms
- Experience managing vendors and cross-functional stakeholders
- Leadership experience
- Project or performance management experience (desirable)
