As a Solution Designer within Sage People, you will play a pivotal role in driving the delivery and success of our products. You will act as the bridge between our development team and our customers, ensuring that our products meet the needs of our customers and deliver exceptional value. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, strong problem solving and communication skills, and a deep understanding of both the domain and the technical aspects of product development. As a Sage People Solution Designer you will enhance our Sage People HR solution to fit the needs of professional users and help solve complex pain points.
Hybrid Working: 3 days a week from our Winnersh office.
Responsibilities:
- Lead project delivery and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver outstanding customer features and experiences.
- Apply business analysis expertise to liaise with stakeholders and capture key delivery requirements.
- Understand stakeholder needs and translate them into clear, actionable items on the product backlog.
- Work with Product Management to review and refine the product roadmap to align with changing priorities and customer needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for any product questions or clarifications.
- Define and prioritize the product backlog based on customer feedback, compliance requirements and business goals.
- Deliver thorough, well‑organized analysis, clearly documented and communicated across all teams and projects.
- Continuously seek feedback from customers and stakeholders to iterate and improve the product over time.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to manage scope and deliver incremental improvements to the product.
Required Skills:
- Professional experience in Business Analysis / Solution Design.
- Experience working with designers, developers and internal stakeholders and customers.
- Experience working within Scrum teams, leading refinement and planning sessions.
