We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the roadmap and continuous improvement of Sage Intacct Planning, our market-leading solution that helps businesses streamline their financial processes and make better decisions. In this role, you will define and deliver new product capabilities and integrations that enhance how customers are onboarded, managed, and engage with our platform. You will work across multiple teams to transform the customer experience, from usability to operational efficiency, and play a key part in driving Sage Intacct's growth and success. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in our Winnersh office.
Your First 90 Days
- 30 days: Gain a deep understanding of Sage Intacct Planning, while researching the planning industry and top competitors, getting deep insight into the customer journey, and product delivery within internal teams.
- 60 days: Take ownership of a roadmap feature, collaborating with engineering, design, and operations to translate customer and market needs into actionable requirements.
- 90 days: Lead feature execution and analysis cross-functionally, supporting product releases and enablement programs, ensuring alignment with customer outcomes and company goals.

You will join a highly collaborative product organisation within Sage Intacct, working alongside engineering, UX, marketing, and operations teams across multiple regions. You will report to a senior product leader who values autonomy, collaboration, and data-driven decision making. Together, the team strives to build intuitive, scalable products that make finance and planning simpler and smarter for our customers.

Key Responsibilities Snapshot of Your Day-to-Day
You will lead roadmap discussions, translate customer insights into clear requirements, and work closely with engineering, content development and User experience teams to deliver impactful solutions. You will run release programs, analyse product metrics, and refine user workflows based on real-world feedback. Throughout, you will collaborate with sales, support, channel partners and operations to ensure every release drives measurable customer and business value.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5 years in B2B Product Management and product delivery, ideally within a SaaS or cloud environment.
- Strong understanding of agile product development and product lifecycle management.
- Proven experience defining and launching customer-centric product features.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable collaborating with other PMs and colleagues across functions and geographies.
- Experience with budgeting, planning, or financial applications (or strong domain knowledge in FP&A).
Must Haves
- Experience with financial SaaS platforms.
- Background in Accounting or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
- Familiarity with multi-dimensional modelling concepts.
- Previous experience in pre-launch programs or pre-release product activities.
- Experience working closely with Product Marketing Management teams.
