You’ll be joining our dynamic Digital Workplace team, a global function dedicated to empowering colleagues with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to work smarter every day. We collaborate closely with Technical Training Managers, internal communities, and partners across Sage to build and deliver learning experiences that enhance efficiency, teamwork, and digital confidence. Our work covers technical training, communication, user engagement, and ongoing enhancement, ensuring every colleague can fully benefit from Microsoft 365 and new technologies.

Your new role
As a Technical Training Facilitator, you will help craft how our global workforce learns, adopts, and benefits from our set of efficiency and collaboration tools. You will support the delivery of technical training programmes, develop learning resources, and foster engagement with digital tools and standard processes. Your contributions will directly aid in building a confident, digitally capable organisation.
- Enable colleagues to confidently use Microsoft 365 and related technologies by supporting the development and delivery of impactful training experiences.
- Improve the quality and accessibility of learning by crafting and maintaining clear, engaging training materials and resources.
- Strengthen onboarding by helping new joiners quickly become productive and comfortable with core tools.
- Increase awareness and adoption of efficiency, security, and AI‑related solutions through effective communication and engagement activities.
- Foster a culture of knowledge sharing by supporting internal communities and encouraging peer‑to‑peer learning.
- Improve learning operations by maintaining accurate training records, reporting, and platform administration.
- Promote safe and responsible technology use by supporting security awareness initiatives, including phishing simulations and related communications.
- Drive continuous improvement by staying informed about new technologies and sharing insights that build future training approaches.
