- An excellent communicator who can explain concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences?
- Able to work independently, self-organize and multitask in a changing environment
- Experienced in synthesizing business needs into functional and non-functional requirements
- Experienced in facilitating effective discussion, decision making and conflict resolution
- Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a remote, globally-distributed environment
- Effective at applying analysis techniques in a successful technology team delivering enhancements to data warehouses
- Familiar with relational databases, ETL tools, data conversion, and data cleansing methods
- Proficient in SQL, including joins and applying filters in WHERE clauses to mine, aggregate, and gather data.
- Familiar with Power BI and Fabric preferred
- Familiar with Confluence and Jira preferred
- Applying analysis techniques in a successful technology team delivering enhancements to data warehouses
- Translating business needs into functional and non-functional requirements.
- Creating data contracts and performing required data mining to support solution delivery and design.
- Handling a variety of tasks concurrently and demonstrating flexibility to meet delivery timeframes.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements and new techniques to improve team effectiveness.
- Rapidly acquiring and applying new business domain and technical knowledge, particularly in the context of data warehousing and business intelligence.
- Following standard methodologies for data and business analysis in an Agile Scrum team.
- Actively addressing internal and external risks, issues, and dependencies for the team.
- Analyzing and troubleshooting simple data issues without assistance, and more complex issues with guidance.
- 25 days holiday excluding bank holidays full-time/pro-rated for part-time roles
- 2 additional ’floating days’ of personal leave, in recognition that each of us has cultural, religious, or family commitments that fall at times when the company is not closed.
