Overview

Sage is seeking a Senior Solution Designer to bridge the development team and customers, ensuring products meet customer needs and deliver exceptional value. You will combine strategic thinking, strong problem-solving and communication skills, with a deep understanding of both domain and technical aspects of product development. The role focuses on enhancing our SaaS Payroll and HR solutions for professional users with complex needs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project delivery and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding customer features and experiences.
  • Conduct business analysis, liaising with stakeholders to elicit key delivery requirements.
  • Understand stakeholder needs and translate them into clear, actionable backlog items.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to review and refine the product roadmap to align with priorities and customer needs.
  • Act as primary point of contact for questions or clarifications related to the product.
  • Define and prioritize the product backlog based on feedback, compliance requirements, and the product roadmap.
  • Deliver thorough, well-organized analysis documented and communicated across teams.
  • Continuously seek feedback from customers and stakeholders to iterate and improve the product.
  • Manage scope and deliver requirements for incremental product improvements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

  • Previous professional experience in Business Analysis or Solution Design.
  • Understanding of UK.
