Your New Role: As a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst, you will play a vital role in determining and maintaining the highest standards of performance and functionality. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering reliable, high-quality releases by thoroughly testing complex features and integrations.
  • Supporting team growth by sharing knowledge, mentoring others, and helping teammates overcome challenges.
  • Improving test coverage and reducing risk by exploring requirements deeply and identifying potential issues early.
  • Building strong cross-team relationships through open, respectful, and collaborative communication.
  • Strengthening product stability with skilled manual testing and consistent quality practices.
  • Contributing to long-term efficiency by running automation tests and steadily developing automation skills.
  • Creating a welcoming, inclusive team environment by helping with hiring, onboarding, and knowledge sharing.
  • Enhancing Quality Assurance and Agile practices by offering ideas, refining processes, and ensuring all voices are heard.
