The Sage Experience Platform (SXP) delivers an effortless, unified digital journey across our product suite. It empowers Customers and Accountants to take control of their relationship with Sage through cutting-edge capabilities like Copilot, Subscription Management, and seamless navigation across our ecosystem.
As a Senior Business Analyst within SXP, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Acting as the bridge between our development teams and stakeholders, you’ll ensure our features are impactful, intuitive, and aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project delivery and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding customer features and experiences.
- Apply strong business analysis skills to gather and define key delivery requirements.
- Translate stakeholder needs into clear, actionable items on the product backlog.
- Partner with Product Management to refine the roadmap in line with evolving business priorities and market trends.
- Serve as the go-to expert for product-related queries and clarifications.
- Define and prioritize the product backlog based on customer feedback, market insights, and strategic goals.
- Establish and track KPIs to measure the success of product releases.
- Continuously gather feedback to iterate and enhance the product experience.
Essential Experience
- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst or similar role in software development or tech environments.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data and metrics to drive decisions.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
- Excellent communicator, able to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adaptable to shifting priorities.
