We are currently seeking a Salesforce Developer to help build, enhance, and maintain Sage's global, cloud-based HR and people management platform. As a Salesforce Developer at Sage, you will design, develop, and deliver high-quality solutions that exceed the expectations of customers, stakeholders, and business partners, while sharing your expertise in technical solutions and business processes.
Please note that this role is hybrid and will require you to work 3 days a week from our Winnersh office.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, deliver, and maintain high-quality Salesforce solutions, including requirements, design, code, and documentation.
- Collaborate with product managers early to shape product definitions for flexible, extensible, and robust implementation.
- Automate tasks using appropriate tools and scripting.
- Maintain clear documentation detailing logic, configuration, testing, and changes as needed.
- Proven experience with object-oriented programming languages, preferably Java or C#.
- Experience in Salesforce Lightning development.
- Hands-on experience delivering sales and customer management solutions on the Force.com platform.
- Proficient in APEX, SOQL, and JavaScript.
- Skilled in managing and delivering complex business requirements.
- Proficient with GIT, JIRA, and IntelliJ, applying continuous integration practices for version control and change management.
- Experienced with Salesforce REST API services.
- Holds Salesforce Developer Certification.
