We are looking for a Sales Operations Business Partner to play a key role in optimising and streamlining Sales and Business Development operations across UK and Ireland, South Africa and APAC. This role will support the Sales and Business Development Representatives by managing workflows, ensuring efficient lead routing, optimising sales tools, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The focus will be on improving SDR/BDR productivity, enhancing lead generation processes, and contributing to the growth of the sales pipeline in these regions.

This is a hybrid role 3 days a week in office - 2 days at home (Newcastle)
In this role, you’ll take the lead in optimising SDR/BDR processes and tools across the UKIA region. By analysing workflows and identifying opportunities for improvement, you’ll help boost team productivity and drive smarter lead generation. You’ll work with tools like Salesforce and Outreach.io , ensuring they’re fully optimised to support the team’s success. You\'ll also collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Enablement teams to align campaigns and lead generation efforts. Your support will be key in helping sales leadership with resource planning and forecasting, making sure everyone is set up for success.
Skills
- Experience in Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, or a similar role within a SaaS or tech-driven environment, ideally supporting international teams.
- Proficient in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce), sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach.io ), and data platforms like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Strong process mindset with the ability to design, optimise, and automate workflows to improve sales efficiency.
- Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to turn insights into actions that support lead management and pipeline growth.
- Skilled in project management, with the ability to manage cross-functional initiatives, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly.
- Clear and collaborative communicator, confident working across regions and teams.
