We are looking for a dedicated Sales Enablement Program Manager to join our global Sales Enablement team and take on a position of its kind in Newcastle. This new role offers a unique opportunity to shape a Sales Enablement program focused on our Sage Intacct solution. You will be responsible for developing and delivering initiatives that enhance the sales effectiveness and productivity of our sales teams.
Your Mission:
- Develop and deliver Sales Enablement programs that enhance the sales effectiveness and productivity of our sales teams.
- Execute enablement programs aligned with regional enablement plans, focusing on upselling and growth opportunities for Intacct.
- Define and deliver enablement programs and "Always-On" enablement, including a mix of formal training content and practical coaching implementations.
- Communicate and collaborate with local and global stakeholders to identify and meet training and knowledge requirements.
- In partnership with the Manager (or Senior Manager) Sales Enablement, proactively assess current and ongoing enablement needs, design and implement onboarding and continuous development programs, and measure the impact of the programs against agreed performance outcomes.
This is you:
- Completed commercial training with SaaS sales experience.
- Previous Sales Enablement experience is necessary.
- Good understanding of common sales methodologies.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Structured working style.
- High initiative and successful work in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to develop local solutions as part of a global team.
- Proficiency in using the MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both in spoken and written form.
