Your new role

As a Textbook Product Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving product adoption, revenue growth, and market expansion. You’ll combine commercial skill with deep product expertise to influence buying decisions, support sales colleagues, and ensure our biggest frontlist titles are positioned for success. This role blends thoughtful preparation, hands-on sales enablement, and meaningful customer engagement to deliver measurable impact across key territories.

  • Drive growth by securing new adoptions and growing product usage across priority markets.
  • Convert market insights into practical product and territory strategies that achieve sales goals.
  • Build long-term relationships with key academic collaborators to influence decision-making and win competitive opportunities.
  • Lead high-value sales conversations that move opportunities through the pipeline and close significant deals.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations that clearly demonstrate value and drive adoption.
  • Build and maintain sales enablement tools that empower sales colleagues and improve customer engagement.
  • Strengthen product expertise across the sales organisation through training, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing.
  • Analyse pipeline performance to improve prioritisation, forecasting, and strategic focus across markets.
