Lead and inspire a high-performing SDR organisation across the UK region. In this role, you will shape strategy and drive pipeline growth while managing and developing a team of SDR managers, empowering them to lead their own teams with confidence and excellence. You will embed best practices, champion go-to-market strategies, and ensure seamless collaboration between sales and marketing. - Strategic Leadership: Define and execute SDR strategies aligned with company goals and business objectives; communicate business strategy and progress to the team; own and optimise the SDR ramp framework.
- Operational Excellence: Implement best practices for pipeline generation, lead qualification, and opportunity handover; ensure SQL, SQO and conversion targets are met; create a managed service mentality.
- Talent Development: Recruit, train, and mentor SDRs and SDR Managers; deliver structured coaching and milestone tracking; act as primary development lead for new hires.
- Performance Management: Set clear expectations, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement; refine onboarding and ramp experience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success; collaborate with Enablement and SDR Leadership.
