Reporting to the Director of Partner Enablement, this is a high-impact role for someone who loves turning strategy into action. As Senior Partner Enablement Program Manager, you’ll design and deliver partner enablement initiatives that materially improve partner capability, productivity, and performance. You’ll sit at the heart of our partner ecosystem—working cross-functionally across Sage to drive engagement, embed coaching, and create a clear journey from partner onboarding through to excellence. This role is as much about influence and collaboration as it is about execution. This is a Hybrid position with three days per week in our Newcastle or Winnersh office.
Responsibilities
- You’ll own and evolve our Partner Enablement blueprint, ensuring it delivers measurable outcomes and supports regional business priorities.
- Partnering with regional and global stakeholders to define, agree, and document enablement plans aligned to business objectives.
- Designing and delivering strategic onboarding and continuous enablement programs that help partners perform at their best.
- Leading partner coaching and performance clinics aligned to our Enablement Strategy and Blueprints.
- Co-creating skills and process enablement with Learning Services, bringing strong regional insight and partner context.
- Managing multiple strategic enablement programs simultaneously, ensuring they meet competency standards and partner goals.
- Developing enablement that helps partners differentiate through the sales process and win more effectively.
- Overseeing enablement content and assets to ensure they promote coaching, innovation, and real-world application.
- Building and delivering skills sessions and ongoing coaching for Partner Leaders, with a strong focus on tools, data, and performance insights.
- Measuring performance improvement, identifying gaps, and addressing them through targeted coaching and initiatives.
- Reporting clearly and confidently on enablement impact, outcomes, and ROI to senior stakeholders.
