Are you passionate about driving operational excellence and shaping the future of sales development? In this pivotal role, you will lead the charge in building scalable, innovative processes that fuel pipeline growth and accelerate velocity. You will harness the power of AI and automation to optimize inbound and outbound workflows, ensuring seamless alignment across regions and every stage of the customer journey. With a focus on continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making, you will champion initiatives that boost SDR productivity, streamline operations, and elevate conversion outcomes.

As a strategic partner to SDR leadership, you will foster cross-functional collaboration, embed best practices, and design an operational infrastructure that empowers high performance and sustainable growth. If you thrive on solving complex challenges and driving impact, this is your opportunity to make a lasting difference. This is a hybrid role – three days per week in one of our Newcastle Hub.

  • Optimise SDR Processes for Scale: Continuously evaluate and enhance end-to-end SDR workflows across inbound and outbound motions to ensure scalability, consistency, and alignment with global best practices. Identify and retire outdated processes and introduce innovations that improve speed and effectiveness.
  • Drive Productivity and Tool Efficiency: Assess and refine the use of the SDR tech stack (e.g., CRM, sales engagement, chat, and routing tools) to maximise team productivity. Identify gaps, recommend enhancements, and support implementation of new tools or features in collaboration with global operations teams.
  • AI Enablement and Innovation: Evaluate and embed AI-driven tools and capabilities into SDR operations to enhance lead prioritisation, outreach personalisation, and workflow automation. Partner with global stakeholders to pilot and scale AI solutions that improve SDR effectiveness, reduce manual effort, and drive operational efficiency.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Partner with Marketing Ops, BI, and Sales Ops to analyse funnel performance, lead conversion, and pipeline contribution. Translate insights into operational improvements and provide regular reporting to regional and global stakeholders.
  • Point of Contact for Regional SDR Operations: Act as the go-to operational lead for the UKIA SDR organisation, providing real-time support on tooling, process issues, and best practice adoption. Troubleshoot challenges and escalate where necessary to ensure minimal disruption to SDR performance.
  • Operational Excellence & Issue Resolution: Identify recurring business challenges and implement structured solutions to improve efficiency and consistency. Develop and document operational protocols that support long-term success and reduce manual effort.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with regional Sales and Marketing leaders (Director and VP level) to align on business priorities, provide updates on operational initiatives, and ensure follow-through on agreed actions.
  • Enablement & Adoption: Partner with the Enablement team to support the rollout and adoption of new tools, processes, and training programmes. Ensure SDRs and team leads are equipped to execute effectively and consistently across all markets.
