Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales Enablement, the Senior Manager, Sales Enablement will lead multiple enablement functions and act as a trusted advisor to regional commercial leadership.

You will build strong relationships across the business, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and deliver programs that elevate capability, improve outcomes, and drive revenue growth.

This is a highly visible role where you’ll inspire a team of Enablement Program Managers, spearhead impactful initiatives, and ensure our teams are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and tools needed to win.

This is a Hybrid position with three days per week in our Newcastle or Winnersh office.

Key Responsibilities

  • What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead & develop a high-performing team of Sales Enablement Program Managers across UKI, France, Germany and South Africa—setting clear goals, coaching for growth, and enabling them to excel.
  • Own the regional Enablement plan—aligning with Business Units, Product Marketing, and Commercial Leaders to prioritise and deliver key enablement initiatives.
  • Deeply understand regional OKRs, opportunities, challenges, and GTM revenue programs to ensure enablement activity is focused where it matters most.
  • Deliver high-impact programs that support Sales Excellence and drive measurable improvements in performance and capability.
  • Shape "Always On" Enablement through proactive identification of focus areas that support ongoing learning and skills development.
  • Track, measure, and communicate impact, reporting on outputs and performance improvements across the business.
  • Maintain a scalable enablement model, ensuring consistency across onboarding, coaching, and continuous learning experiences.
  • Collaborate globally, sharing best practices and ensuring regional initiatives benefit from a strong global Sales Enablement community.
