This is a high-impact role at the heart of our Specialty & Growth business, partnering directly with the General Manager and senior leaders across Product, Product Marketing, Finance, Commercial teams, and Routes to Revenue.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner closely with the General Manager to shape and deliver strategic priorities and transformation initiatives.
- Lead large-scale, cross‑functional programmes from planning through execution, ensuring clear accountability, governance, and measurable outcomes.
- Connect teams across Commercial, Product, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to drive alignment and remove barriers to success.
- Establish and drive operating rhythms, leadership reviews, planning cycles, and business performance discussions.
- Provide visibility across critical initiatives, tracking progress, risks, dependencies, and key decisions.
- Turn data and insights into meaningful recommendations that help leaders make informed decisions.
- Create compelling executive-level presentations, communications, and business updates.
- Challenge thinking, identify opportunities, and influence senior stakeholders to drive better business outcomes.
