As a Professional Services Configuration Specialist Consultant, you will be configuring HCM software for our customers using specifications produced by implementation consultants including support to other software via integration. You will implement software with minimal guidance or supervision. You will hold meetings with clients, identify requirements, and translate them to software solutions.

Hybrid – 3 days in our Newcastle office (global headquarters)

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
  • Uploading templates and troubleshooting errors
  • Monitor and manage development tickets, as needed
  • System Setup based on directed guidance
  • Parallel Testing Review & Analysis
  • Custom App/Integration Configuration & Testing
  • Custom Reports Creation & testing
  • Validation of delivered items
  • Specification write-ups for ISBs and new integrations
  • R&D resolution & assistance on ISB and identified bugs
Skills, know-how and experience:
  • 1+ years of experience of configuring and/or implementation services for HCM
  • General understanding of end to end HCM setup principles—including organizational structures, payroll taxation, benefits administration, and time management
  • Exposure to multiple industries such as non-profit, construction, government, and service-based organizations, with a general understanding of unique payroll and compliance requirements
  • Experience playing a critical role in support or implementation UK Payroll
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and utilization goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction
  • Experience implementing SaaS-based software and a passion for technology, process, and automation, with a strong focus on Client success
  • Advanced analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience supporting HR and Payroll implementation for US is a plus
