As we continue to evolve our global Go‑To‑Market (GTM) ecosystem, we’re looking for a GTM Technology Product Owner to lead the optimisation and innovation of key platforms that underpin our partner and professional services operations. This is a high‑impact, global role focused on driving value through platforms such as Kantata and the ISV Marketplace, enabling seamless experiences for internal teams and external partners. This is a hybrid position with three days per week based in our Newcastle office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and prioritise the product backlog for Kantata and the ISV Marketplace, aligning with global GTM strategy and business goals
  • Drive continuous improvement of platform functionality, usability and performance
  • Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales, Partner & Alliances, IT and Marketing to gather requirements and deliver impactful solutions
  • Enhance the ISV partner experience, improving onboarding, engagement and lifecycle journeys
  • Optimise the marketplace ecosystem to increase visibility and adoption of partner solutions
  • Oversee system integrations, ensuring accurate, consistent and reliable data across platforms
  • Take a hands‑on role in data management, using Excel and other tools to prepare, transform and migrate data across systems

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, ideally within SaaS or GTM technology environments
  • Strong understanding of commercial operations, partner ecosystems or professional services tools
  • Experience working with platforms like Kantata, CRMs, or marketplace technologies (desirable)
  • A data‑driven mindset with hands‑on Excel capability for data manipulation and analysis
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills across global, cross‑functional teams
  • Ability to translate complex requirements into clear priorities and deliver measurable outcomes
