This role sits in our Talent Centre of Excellence and blends strategic design and hands‑on delivery. You’ll partner closely with the VP Talent, VP Leadership Development, and senior HR Business Partners globally to drive impactful talent and succession outcomes to directly embed Sage’s business strategy. • Identify, develop and accelerate high‑potential (“big bet”) talent, strengthening global succession planning and building future‑ready pipelines.
  • Act as a trusted talent advisor to senior leaders and HRBPs, upskilling leaders to spot, nurture and mobilise talent effectively.
  • Own and evolve the talent development ecosystem to deliver high‑impact initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement in talent platforms, data and analytics, bringing in‑house expertise across talent assessment, development and governance to deliver measurable ROI.

What we’re looking for:

  • Deep expertise in global talent management, ideally within a complex, multi‑geography organisation.
  • Proven ability to deliver pragmatic, outcome‑focused solutions.
  • Experience working within a Centre of Excellence model.
  • Strong influencing and communication skills, with credibility at senior leadership level.
  • A collaborative relationship builder who thrives in partnership.
  • Strong personal credibility and clear alignment with Sage’s values.

Qualifications (preferred):

  • Occupational Psychology qualification.
  • Executive Coaching qualification.

Your benefits (Only Applicable for UK Based Roles):

  • Generous bonuses and pension scheme: Up to 8% matched pension contribution plus 2% top‑up by Sage.
  • 25 days of paid annual leave with the option to buy up to another 5 days.
  • Paid 5 days yearly to volunteer through our Sage Foundation.

  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Work away scheme for up to 10 weeks a year.
