Job Description

The Strategic Business Initiatives Analyst will lead the curation of the Strategic OKR dashboard, ensuring accurate reporting and alignment with various functions within Sage. The role supports projects such as identifying new revenue opportunities and developing commercial models.

This is a high-exposure role, engaging with senior leaders to provide insights and data-driven recommendations. The work impacts business decisions and is regularly reviewed by the Executive Leadership Team and Board.

This position is hybrid, requiring three days per week in the office.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of the monthly Strategic OKR Dashboard, ensuring data completeness and alignment with regional teams and finance, providing insights into performance against budgets and prior periods.
• Collaborate with finance and regional teams to enhance data accuracy and develop new performance metrics aligned with industry standards.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations, communicating key findings and performance metrics to RTR leaders.
• Support business initiatives by sizing opportunities for new strategies and focus areas within current and new markets, providing data analytics and recommendations based on key products and customers.
• Assist in creating presentations and white papers for senior leadership.
• Build strong relationships with key teams across the business, including commercial operations, finance, RTR growth, and marketing.
