Routes to Revenue is about translating our product strategy into Go-To-Market (GTM) execution.
The Performance and Planning team drives the annual GTM revenue planning cycle, aligns targets and budgets, provides performance analytics, and manages sales compensation programs. This team is also responsible for evolving the Revenue Architecture that guides commercial models and GTM execution to meet our ambitions.
Kickstart your career in data and strategy with Sage! We’re looking for a motivated and curious Graduate Business Analyst to join our Global RTR Performance and Planning team. You’ll work closely with the Director of GTM Performance & Analytics, building a GTM analytics suite (starting with Sage Intacct) and uncovering insights that influence business decisions.
What you’ll do
- Support projects to improve sales and growth strategies.
- Analyse large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
- Create visual dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
- Assist in building and testing commercial models and performance metrics.
What we’re looking for
- Recent graduate in Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
- Interest in data, business strategy, and growth concepts.
- Experience with analytical tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python (academic, internship, or personal projects).
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, initiative, and ability to manage deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Exposure to accounting principles through study or experience.
This role is based at our London Bridge or Newcastle office with a hybrid working model (three days in the office).
