Job purpose: This role is responsible for supporting to define and implement the governance, controls and reporting across IT. Working as part of the Governance and Compliance function to support and enable the VPβs of IT, IT Directors and sub-functional teams to demonstrate the value of IT across the globe by:
- Governance controls: Defining and designing reporting frameworks to show the scale and breadth of IT deliverables (Projects, Services, Roadmaps, Plans, Costs, Future Investment opportunities etc)
- Providing governance assurance in relation to IT Global technology costs, resources and performance delivery
- Collating, validating and analysing various data sources to provide accurate data insight and reports
- To support financial governance processes for controlling IT costs and headcount
- To support and provide performance insight into IT, providing a 360 view
- Prepare reporting packs with accurate IT performance data from a variety of sources, for circulation across IT and the wider business
- Collation and analysis of various data sources- financial, headcount and performance statistics
- Create and measure performance KPIs
- To review performance data β identifying trends and issues for attention, escalation and action β and provide insight based on the analysis
- Work with teams across the Global IT teams to provide processes and governance approaches
