As our Payroll Analyst, you will help us on our journey as we transition to a Global team, working with colleagues both locally and across the globe. If you are looking to take that next step in your payroll career, working in a global capacity, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. This isn’t a payroll administration role, it’s a true analyst role with the autonomy to make a difference.

Not only will you be joining an established payroll team, but you will also be part of our exciting journey of moving to a global team. Whilst you will focus on our UK and Ireland payroll, there will be the opportunity to cross-skill and learn global payrolls and ways of working. This could consist of learning payroll for new countries or being involved in Global payroll projects.
Location: 3 days out of our Newcastle office.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for accurate and timely processing of payroll for our UK, IE and South Africa operations, continuously working on process improvements, and looking for automation opportunities.
- You will respond to colleague queries ensuring the highest level of support and ensure accurate reporting and payments to the authorities.
- You will work closely with the wider People function along with colleagues across Finance, Legal, Assurance, Risk and Tax.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience running and processing payroll UK and Ireland Payroll experience needed, with South Africa big plus
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- The ability to automate processes
